If EncourageWell decides to amend this Policy, these amendments will be promptly communicated on our website. EncourageWell retains the right to alter this Policy at any time. Thus, we encourage you to review it regularly. You can ascertain the latest revision date of this Policy by checking the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Any modifications to this Policy will take effect upon our publication of the updated Privacy Policy on our website or within the Services. Upon your request, EncourageWell will provide a reasonable description of your personally identifiable information (PII) that EncourageWell maintains in its data bank. If your personal information changes, or if you note an error upon review of your information that EncourageWell has on file, please promptly e-mail Support@EncourageWell.com and provide the new or correct information.
Your California Privacy Rights.
Beginning on January 1, 2005, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers of EncourageWell who are California residents to request certain information regarding EncourageWell’s disclosure of personal information for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please write to: Support@EncourageWell.com. Within 30 days of receiving such a request, EncourageWell will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. EncourageWell reserves its right not to respond to requests submitted other than to the address specified in this paragraph. California’s privacy laws require a company to provide notice to California users of their rights to receive information on to which entities their information was shared for marketing purposes.

EncourageWell LLC. ("EncourageWell) is the owner of this website ("Site"). EncourageWell can be contacted by mail at e-mail at Support@EncourageWell.com. This online privacy notice discloses EncourageWell information practices for this the Site, including what type of personal identifiable information is requested in order to make a purchase, how the information is used, and with whom the in-formation is shared.
Website Usage.

Your Content.
While we typically refrain from reviewing our customers’ photographs, text files, stories, encouragements, advice, transcripts, voice recordings, and other content, collectively referred to as your “Content,” we may encounter a subset of this Content while providing our Services, such as during customer support interactions. Unless you expressly agree otherwise, we will solely utilize your Content as necessary to deliver our Services to you. We commit not to utilize your Content for alternative purposes, such as inclusion in our podcasts or marketing materials, without obtaining your explicit permission or in accordance with the Terms. Should you wish to limit the capture of image metadata in your photos, please adjust the settings on your image capture device accordingly.
Control of Data.
You retain control over the Content you furnish to us. By default, EncourageWell will refrain from deleting your Content unless instructed to do so by you or in the event of account termination. However, EncourageWell cannot and does not guarantee that your Content will be saved indefinitely and may be deleted in accordance with our document retention policies. Consequently, you dictate which Content remains in your account. Should you opt to delete your Content from your account, it will be promptly removed from our application and web interface, and permanently erased from our system as part of our standard business practices. Upon account termination, we will expunge your Content within a reasonable timeframe thereafter; therefore, please notify us in advance at Support@EncourageWell.com if you wish for us to retain your Content post-termination.
Social Media.
Our Services do not require connecting to any third-party social media or other service providers such as Google. However, you have the option of granting us access to your accounts with certain third-party social media and other service providers, such as Facebook or Google, so that you can log into our Services via your social media accounts or share photos, contacts, and other content (collectively, the “Social Content”) from those accounts with us. By granting us access to your Social Content, you understand that we will access, make available, and store (if applicable) your Social Content so that it is available through the Services exclusively for your use within the Services.
We will not share your Social Content with any third parties without your explicit consent, except as necessary to provide our Services or as required by law.

Identifying Information.
In order to make a purchase or to access designated services and /or restricted areas within the EncourageWell website, EncourageWell will request a user to provide certain personal identifying information, which may include: name, postal address, e-mail address, username, password, telephone number, facsimile number, method of payment, and, if applicable, credit card number. EncourageWell may request additional information necessary to establish and maintain your account. Service Quality Monitoring.
Some Site transactions may require you to telephone EncourageWell, or EncourageWell to call you. Customer should be aware that it is EncourageWell 's practice to monitor, and in some cases record such calls for staff training or quality assurance purposes.
Information from Children.
EncourageWell does not sell products or services for purchase by children, and will not collect or post information from a child under the age of 13 without the involvement of a parent or guardian. EncourageWell will notify the child's parent or guardian at the e-mail address provided by the prospective customer, alerting the parent or guardian to the child's use of the Website and providing instructions as to how the parent or guardian can delete the child's registration from the Website. Lost or Stolen Information.

Disclosure of the Information.
Within Corporate Organization. EncourageWell may share your personal information within the EncourageWell corporate organization.
Mergers and Acquisitions.
Circumstances may arise where for business reasons, EncourageWell decides to sell, buy, merge or otherwise reorganize its businesses in the United States or some other country. Use of Computer Tracking Technologies.
No Tracking of Personal Information. EncourageWell 's Website(s) are not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by visitors. Through website access logs EncourageWell does collect clickstream data and HTTP protocol elements, which generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our sites. This information is used for internal purposes by technical support staff for research and development, user analysis and business decision making, all of which provides better services to the public. The statistics garnered, which contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information, may also be provided to third parties.
Use of Cookies.
EncourageWell or its third party vendors, collects non-identifiable and personal information through the use of various technologies, including "cookies". A cookie is an alphanumeric identifier that a website can transfer to your hard drive through your browser. The cookie is then stored on your computer as an anonymous tag that identifies yourcomputer, but not you. Cookies may be sent by EncourageWell or its third party vendors. EncourageWell may also use Web beacon or other technologies to better tailor its Site to provide better customer service. Collection of Non-Identifiable Information.
EncourageWell may collect non-identifiable information from user visits to the Site in order to provide better customer service.
